Cancelation & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below regarding cancellations, returns, refunds, and damaged items to ensure a smooth process.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order only before it is shipped or is out for delivery. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing your order through contact@oserth.com.

Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions only:

• The products must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• The products must be returned to us within 21 days of receiving your order.
• The customer is responsible for all costs of returning the products. Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll send you an email notification and process the refund according to our Refund Policy.

Damaged Items

Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the package for any signs of damage to the products during shipment and notify us immediately.

If you find that any item(s) in your order are damaged:

1. Retain the damaged product(s), the original shipping box, and the packing materials.
2. Contact us at contact@oserth.com as soon as possible to report the damage. Please provide your order number, photographs of the damaged items, packaging, and any other relevant details to help us resolve the issue promptly.
 
We will work with you to arrange a suitable resolution, including a replacement or refund for the damaged item(s).

Refund Policy

• You’ll receive an email notification for refund once your cancellation, return or report of damaged item(s) is approved.
• Refund will be issued only to your original method of payment and normally takes 5-10 working days to show on your statement.
• Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company and may take some additional time.
• Please contact us if you still have not received the refund 15 working days after it was processed from our side.
